I had a tooth extracted 12 days ago.....see details? - sinus and tooth #12
There is a huge hole there. The oral surgeon and cut and I lost my stitches. The molar was very close to the sinus cavity, said he had a hole the size of grain that the maxillary sinus. However, only rubber in the tooth and rivers, to where my cheek meets the gums. I had the teeth before and had never been so low. Does anyone know this?

I had the same thing when I [my 6 molars both! =] The most likely because it was very difficult to leave and so great. that just like if you pull a tree from the earth, which was there for so long, the earth around him, and without him, not just your room. Probably only B / C it was so difficult to remove, it has to a large molars and roots have been widespread. If it's a molar, often leave large gaps in spots, remove, especially when it is difficult to.
